He is founder of PKM Advisory Services Private Limited. He has co-authored book on Fringe Benefit Tax published by Chartered Accountants Association. He has contributed many articles in journals published by Professional Bodies in India. He is an active member of Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad and Western India Regional Council Branch of ICAI, Ahmedabad. He was visiting faculty on Customs, Excise, Income Tax & Service Tax at ICAI Ahmedabad, ICWA & Ahmedabad Management Association.

Anoop Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the field of Finance. Anoop held key positions in leading organizations such as Arthur Andersen & Co. and KPMG (as Management Consultant), BanqueIndoSuez (now Credit Agricole - as Banker), Hewlett Packard (as Chief Financial Officer for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Al Faisalia Group (as Advisor to the President and Board Member) prior to establishing Concept Management Consulting Limited a broad-spectrum Business Strategy and Financial Engineering organization. He is currently an Independent Director on boards of multiple organizations having diverse business interests such as Construction, Agriculture, Real estate Development, Toll Concession and Plastics.

Manish Acharya has in-depth experience of law and finance with a career spanning over 12 years. Manish has advised clients across matters such as business structuring, transaction design, fund raising, credit rating, legal risk assessment, acquisition due diligence, contract administration and taxation.

Manish earned his LL.B. degree from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai in 2004. A first-attempt company secretary, Manish is an associate member of the ICSI. He has worked in client advisory roles with leading organisations such as Fox Mandal and CRISIL. Manish received his MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in the year 2010.

Manish has the merit of being adjudged 'The Best Participant' at the 4th Training and Orientation Program and again at the 68th Secretarial Modular Training Program of the ICSI. Apart from his passion for reading, Manish is a keen sports enthusiast; he is a two-time gold medallist in Karate at the State level and has proudly represented India in international tournaments in the sport.

Ankur is a finance professional with an experience of 8 years with diverse project finance experience in different sectors in India and abroad. Ankur is B. Tech from NIT Bhopal and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

He specializes in fund raising for small and medium businesses through debt and equity and understands the specific characteristic of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). Having dealt with both seasoned and first time entrepreneurs he is in a position to guide and assist on various entrepreneurial and business strategy areas for different businesses. Through his work he also enjoys a good network with different domestic and international financiers.

Ankur was Nominated as Co-Ordinator in the Placement Committee at IIM Ahmedabad. He is a good sports person and is an active participant in various cultural events.

Bharat Man dot is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a Management degree from IIM C. He has over 7 years of experience and brings in depth exposure in the areas of corporate finance, taxation, audit and transaction advisory services. Earlier in his career Bharat was key member of corporate finance, accounting and advisory services for Shelter Finance Corporation and Price Waterhouse Coopers India.
