Anil Desai

Anil R. Desai is a law graduate and has been practicing since 1984 in various arenas of law with specialization in Medico-Legal Matters, Civil & Criminal Laws.

He has been advising various Insurance Companies, Nationalized Banks & Co-Operative Banks and Educational Institutes like New India Assurance Company, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Vijay Commercial Co-Operative Bank and Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board.

He has been invited as speaker for various Medico-Legal conferences, held by Indian Medical Association. Mr. Desai was also District Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor.

Mamta Trivedi

Mamta Trivedi is a Law graduate and is a litigation lawyer practicing in Gujarat High Court since 1996. She has been dealing with civil, criminal and consumer cases pertaining to Section 138 under Negotiable Instrument Act.

She manages all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement and arguments. She specializes in drafting and vetting of Settlement Agreements, Affidavits, Police Complaints, RTI’s.

She is actively involved in mediation and alternative dispute resolution handling various matters in this area. She is also an Additional District Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor.
