Naynesh Dave is a holder of M.Phil.(Management) after having completed his MBA(Finance). He has collected vast knowledge across his entire academic life and has the understanding of transferring the same to practical situations faced in running a business.

He has a keen sense of observation and is a key figure in determining steps to be taken in the future for betterment of work environment and maintaining the morale of the staff. He is highly motivated with exceptional multi-tasking skills. He is an expert in training and development of staff.

He is a good painter and an active participant in sport activities. Being ambitious and progressive give him an edge while serving his duty in the management of the organization.
